Dam right. I have not exactly got off lightly. Mortgage on my own too. Its bloody hard work working and bringing up three young kids through no fault of my own. So from right now i am going to try and be positive although this last week has been bloody awful as all i have done is worry bout the worst case scenario and it may never get to that. I will try and take on board all the replies i have had on here and may ring that number on mon so i can just run through it again.
off to work now. Babies are not born just mon to fri so i work weekends.
bye for now.

Hi and dont worry - if you didnt have anything to do with borrowing the money and they dont have any proof that you do they cant really come after you. Seems as though it is some sort of ploy between them for a larger share of the pot. IF there had been any such loan it should have been disclosed early on during the Divorce process. They are just trying to scare you. We could all go around saying so and so owed us money - Courts would be overflowing - just ignore them and enjoy the time you have with the children. Take no Notice of them take care Rosemary

Thank you for replying. I have made myself really ill and could not stop thinking about it. Have had some NLP coaching which changes the way you think and your thought process. Its really helped. Now i am going to just try and enjoy my new life.
