time to file form A if sol will agree 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago

many months of x playing cat and mouse with the system, refusing to sign consent order although agreed to the financial settlement.x using the contents of the house as ongoing excuses to delay signing thr consent order.after many months of demanding trivial household items(which I dont want anyway)then claiming them back again the next time order due to be signed and so on.given in and agreed x can keep all he's asked for so far but if it continues I'll be left with nothing.Already I have no furniture or a bed to sleep in when I move, he even demanded my walking aid and my printer,so he now has 4 computer printers to his name.I think it should go to court now to end it.it is costing me a fortune and he's getting his own way just to exact his revenge and my abuse continues.it has been several months of this charade, send him the consent order and he'll demand a couple of changes to the contents schedule, agree that then send another copy of order, same tricks again with 2 or 3 other items on the contents list.today's claim was for bed linen, saucepans and an oven dish.it beggars belief!!it may seem a joke but I'm really desperate!!!! can someone please advise where I go from here.my sol is a family law sol, meant to non confrontational it's not really working is it.how can I convince my sol enough is enough before something really desperate happens.advice please?

Hiya Topaz,
Your sol has to act on your instructions and there is no reason I can think of why you shouldn't file form A now.
If your sol is hesitant tell them that your health is sufferring and you need the structure of the court timetable to bring an end to the process and that you are instructing them to file form A.
If he has signed consent order by the time First Appt comes up you may be able to use that appointment to get it all rubber stamped - I'm not sure on this maybe someone with knowledge of court procedures can comment ?
I have read many of your posts and I can't imagine what it must be like to be in your shoes and I want wish you the very best of luck.

I am self repping, I am not an expert, and I am frequently found barking up the wrong tree !!
Please therefore seek proper legal advice, before acting on mine...................
