I have just heard from the jobcentre people.  I don't know why they didn't just tell me this in the first place and not waste my time.  Apparently I don't qualify for incapacity benefit, not because I am not unwell (I am) but because I haven't paid enough NI contributions in any one of the three tax years that count - 6 April 2004 to 5 April 2007.   Since I told them I had come back to the UK on 4th December last year and had worked from the beginning of January for six months before I gave up, you would have thought they could have checked that first. 

So now, no incapacity, no income

Since I've got divorced,  I havent eaten properly at all.

At first, I didnt mind as I thought its alright to lose some weight. So I didnt concentrate on eating at all.

But recently my body is certainly struggling. A few weeks, I've got throat infection and I had to be hospitalised. Since then every week I get cold and have to stay at home for half of the week.

My weight seems to go down slowly but steadily and last week when I went out to my regular pub, many of my friends noticed immediately that I lost weight.

So now, I'm aware that I have to eat. But it is so hard. Most of the times, I feel

As I mentioned in last entry, I should concentrate on my health and work.

I know this and keep telling me so.

About 3 weeks ago, I met this guy and had drunken nite, we flirted and I knew that it was just a drunken nite.

But after we exchanged a few e-mails, we decided to see sometimes without having any relationship and he suggested to meet up next month.

And today, I sent a short e-mail asking how he was which I've got no reply. And I'm assuming this is no from him.

Silly me really. I dont want relationship, but this deal will cause a problem for me.

I know I'm still  too wrecked and cannot do
