Sequence of Events Before and During Separation Note: A major part of these events describe attempts to access the children. In listing this sequence, I hoped to gain some understanding of why the relationship broke down. Yahoo! Just found out I will be getting an offer for the new job. Awesome news indeed. I am so ready for a fresh start at work! Vacation next week as well. Life is pretty good right

Valentine's Day went fine for me but it was never that big a deal so I wasn't that worried. I did have dinner with the kids and gave them a nice card and a few chocolates so that was great. Read to my son for 40 minutes in bed, chatted with my other two. Lots of hugs then I left. Very nice indeed. Life is busy at work as I have to wrap up before a week of vacation which is always challenging. I have my final interview for this new role tomorrow and I think it looks pretty good. All in all, life is pretty good. It does feel a little like the calm before the storm but I guess we'll see. I
