Hi those of you that are coming to London, the event draws ever nearer.

 Have confirmed all room bookings with hotel today so we all have somewhere to rest our tired souls when we finally retire to bed.

 Just had an idea that maybe a Raffle would be a good idea.

 Would like to know if people would be willing to provide any prizes and whether people would be happy to buy tickets and to donate the money to a charity or whether they prefer the idea of everyone being given a ticket as they come in and doing the draw that way.

 There are only 70 places for this event and these are all currently allocated.

 I have asked that deposits of £20 be paid at the latest Sunday 20th July.

 If you currently do not have your name on the list but would still like to attend then send me a private message ASAP so that I can make a reserve list on a first come first served basis.

As with a lot of events people drop out along the way. Anyone not having paid their deposit by 20th July (unless they have spoken to me) will be taken off the list and a reserve offered the place.
