I think I have been a bit down over the last couple of days, but that is okay, since I know that I will have better days on the horizon and I ultimately know that my life will be a whole lot better than it was before.
When I get a bit sad, I sometimes go for walks. Today I've treated to myself to a new pair of headphones so I can listen to some music whilst I either walk to the woods, or by the river... On the tough days it's the small things that make the difference.
