I have just joined this site today.  I have separated from my husband since Nov 09 and moved out of our marital home into rented accommodation as my husband refused to leave.  My son aged 21 is living with his father and I took my 7 year old daughter to live with me during the week and my husband has access through a Residency Order (he took me to Court to originally attempt to have my daughter Mon-Fri and me just the week-ends.  It ended up that we have a 'Joint Residency Order' where I have my daughter through the week and then she goes to her dads every week-end.

The last week has been pretty good for us. We have spent a lot of time together and it's been really special. We have both been vulnerable with each other and this has led us to greater understanding. We had out 3rd counselling session and it went really well. We both made some admissions and took responsibility. Although it does still seem I take more than her. Could it be that I was more wrong? My partner has told me that will be coming to home to me. Well my partner has been goe for about 6 weeks now and things aren't any clearer for me. She is running hot and cold all the time. For example, last night my partner stayed over. Our dog had been veyr sick so I took her to the vet first thing in the morning. She wasn't breathing properly the night before and was lame in her front right leg.
