Have been in great spirits today. Looking forward to Halloween party. These parties are my focus at the moment and it helps me greatly.

Too many costumes to choose from though!

You will all be pleased to know that my black whingy crying mood has passed and I am now back to being me.  I had an unremarkable but good day at work.  What has helped me feel better is the kind and encouraging remarks of wikipeeps and the sympathy of Sarah (IKNOWHOW) in chat last night.  Hadenoughnow, Luckyfist, Poppie, Fitbird, Anuska, Determined, Sarah and Julian,  you are all stars coming to my aid in my hour of need. 

 It was just my wobbly day took me by surprise because I had not had one for ages, and I felt it quite bad.

I have had the best day for ages today. Work was great i felt happy and my confidence was high.

I also went to the gym and had a swim after, it was great.
