well been pre occupied with work, which has been good, we have had a two week IT conference in the UK as part of our ongoing strategy meetings( load of balls really as the strategy seems to be global domination and centralisation by the americans lol), any way lots of nights out and things of that nature, thank god for the mother-in -law!. The ex is still in spain, and to be fair the fact that the pair of them are out of the country is the best feeling ever, shame they have to come back really, the kids are happy, i am happy, even her mum is happy! no stress or negative atmosphere

Mediation

...something comes along and knocks you down.

I thought I was doing so much better. My son went away for 9 days with his mother. I had a really hard time, but the report back was that he was doing okay on this visit, which made me feel much better about the whole thing.

I drove to California to pick him up the day before Mother's Day, and I met with his mother for a bit before she went back to her house. There wasn't much for us to say to eachother, so I guess that means I have come to realize there is nothing left but memories. As I was putting my son in my car and getting ready to leave,

Man, what a week.  And we're only three days in.

The  STBX decided that me losing my job was a deliberate ploy to defraud her of maintenance payments, stop paying the mortgage, and get her kicked out of the house.  Couldn't be bothered with that conversation. 

Still in my mate's place for the time being, but that's OK.   Still not sure what's happening with my job, but it's not looking as bleak.  And the new house is being held till next week, so that's not all lost.
