An age old story.

The best Friend who thought your nest looked better than his.

I was married for 14 years before I found out that she who cant be named had been having an affair with someone who had the audacity to call himself my best friend for over three years. Yes true love is blind. I truly never seen it coming. The day I found out, having been told by my eldest son,( I have four children), I came home that evening to my clothes sitting on the front lawn in the rain. A night bolt had been added to the doors and the cuckoo moved in. friends took me in and gave me the settee for a while.

It will be one year soon since I left my abusive husband...thanks to therapy and my good friends I'm doing unbelievable well...so why!?...why did I have nightmare about him last night (again)?...I think that I feel guilty about the way I left him...

I was trying to tell him for so long that I'm unhappy in the marriage...I was trying to get him to marriage counseling but he wouldn't go...I was getting more and more depressed...I felt like there is nothing I can do...nowhere I can go ...
