Twice a year my men's group has a camping weekend where we do stupid guy stuff together. This last weekend was filled with love, bonding and support like no other. Being with these men has helped me so much in my healing. Listening to their stories and getting inspired by what they have done to come out of adversity has been amazing. I went to a Wiki meet today for the first time, for days I have been agonising about it.
