A rather late thank you to Sarah and all her helpers for a great evening on saturday.  We all had a lively time and it was good to catch up with a few old aquaitances and make some new ones.

Had a great half term with the children doing all sorts of different things which they both enjoyed - as did I although it is pretty tiring with them all day long but worth it.

Statements now exchanged for childrens case so now just waiting for the court date.  There is little to chose between the respective statements except that I am asking for 1 week on/ 1 week off and she is offering every other

Woke up on Tuesday with a sore throat which has developed into a full blown cold.  Typical half term holiday!  Spending a lot of time with heat on, under blanket, lemsip and cats.  Darn window pole fell off wall so duvet cover temp on it until up to diy.

Anyway, not going to let it get me down.  Dragging myself to hair dressers soon and will get motivation to do lesson planning and marking, have to!

I am sitting watching the rain coming down outside, the sky is a perculiar yellowy grey colour, and there is no way I am leaving the comfort of my house today! Have been to the gym this morning, but since I came back the weather has got progressively worse, so have turned up the heating and am having quiet day in with my kids.
