Have not had any stress today.....

Is that because the tranquilisers are working??? Am definately dealing with the current situation in a more objective way, whatever the reason. Or, could be, it's simply discovering this site.

Next question: When I was encouraged by the police officer dealing with my case to take out a non-molestation order, she simply said, 'go to the court, it is £40, you can get it on the same day'. It was good advice but there were so many things, which may seem trivial, that I was wondereing about. Would I have to read out my statement, how to address the

You know, it is the most wonderful thing in the world to wake up feeling content.  It's not about the house you live in (I know this as I currently live in a hastily rented hovel!) and it's not about money.

It's about knowing who you are and accepting the way things are and most of all, looking forward to a wonderful and exciting future. It is a long way from the one I planned though! My family is gone as I knew it. I still have my children  even though I was demoted to a part time Dad. But part time Dad is better then never having experienced the joy that they bring me.

I am going to do something which is alien to me and that is to pour my heart out. I have reservations in doing this because i think their are more worthy people with bigger problems that need help and advice more than i.
