I find myself reading so many posts about who contributed what to this and that.....

I find this personal...... as, six or seven months ago, after my stbx left me (without a word).... he decided to call me to tell me he wanted to sell our home of 20+ years, and he wanted to be divorced (for the 3rd time)....

Well, as expected the First Appointment was just that and we asked the judge to order that he file answers and documents raised in my questionairre; although he tried to argue that my questions where not relevent (I would say asking where large cash sums have been going each month - over a £1000 each month since he left; is relevent especially when he has a history of building up gambling debts very quickly).

We agreed (yes agreed!) on a midway valuation for the house; I partly done this as I don't have the funds to pay half towards a valuation fee and partly as I don't want to hold

For anyone who knoes my story.... you will know that my STBX walked out six months ago, while I was at work.... I had no idea our marriage of 17 years was in trouble.... His actions were extremely cowardly... no explanation... no discussion.... just gone!!!!!
