an update really more than anything...feel abit odd at the moment so this might be a funny or it might not..

so estate agent came round last night and ex was here too.....now ive spoken to the estate agent loads and its been me thats moved this thing along not ex...(lazy sod)

so estate agent knows our situ, he felt for me, i mentioned before he's been there twice re divorce and affairs, (him having been on the receiving end like most of us here) yet, and heres the thing that pissed me off....him and ex got a great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok so why should i be

  I agreed his offer for divorce settlement...

People said I would take more settlement but I didn't care the money or property, even his police pension. I don't have enought money at the moment to take him to the court, I mean, I can't pay legal fee. So as for me, if I have get debt for legal fee, I wouldn't take him to the court.  I know..he might has to pay me 20K more or less at least, but how much I have to pay to solicitor? 10K? 15K?  Of course I could make him financial problem to pay me 20K  , but it is not my purpose.

well it got worse today!

hubby took his name off joint account and has left me with absolutley nothin to live on !

i really didnt think he would do it..he wanted the account to stay joint until house was sold ..was easier he said then at least all bills got paid !  and this was only said on saturday..!

who or what changed his mind ???

he rang me at work today to tell me this ..im soo scared and upset im really thinking of just ending it all..would be a whole lot easier than this !

i cant pay half morg on my wage and the rest of my living expenses ...can only
