Restless nights and weird dreams have set it again. It was an emotional day yesterday when the tears wouldn't stop flowing, I think due to the build up of tension which required a much needed release. I actually think the tears are a positive thing. A good friend of mine wisely said that if we keep our emotions inside, they'll usually come out eventually as negative thinking and illness.

So, feelng much better and about to make the most of X still being here I'm about to go and work off the comfort eating from yesterday with a run. However before I do, a poem was bouncing around in my dreams
