Sorry I just feel the need to get this off my chest.

I have just had a wonderful week with A-K  and came home yesterday. A-K was fine when I left.

Am experiment in chemistry went wrong and she burnt her arm not badly but it needed to be checked out by A&E. She asked her father to take her. I have no problem with that but the gf insisted in going and took ove rbragging about all the places he takes her to and how wonderful these places are. Funny they are all places I have introduced him to.

I got my Absolute yesterday.  It was a shock.  I had no idea he had applied for it.  He called me in the morning to ask me if I would ask my solicitor to ‘back off' because she was threatening him with a Penal Notice as he still hasn't provided information for the ancillary relief proceedings the court demanded of him at the beginning of December and it went from there....

Things have been ‘better' between us recently.  The girlfriend has been removed.  Or at least, she's been removed when the children are with him.  Their relief is evident.  But actually, so is his.  Not sure he'd ever admit

How ironic is this?

Went to see "Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll" the new film about Ian Dury (which was excellent, btw).  I thought my ex might want to see it as we were both ID fans ("Wake up and make love" was OUR song) so I deliberately chose the cinema furthest away from his current home, and went on a matinee, thinking he'd go in the evening.

Got there early and got the best seat, congratulating myself on this as with ex we always arrived at the last minute.  Yes, you guessed, who arrived at the last minute, ex and his gf.  They didn't see me, but had to make do with seats right at the
