Today was a good day, I had a phone call from the womens refuge asking for help.

A lovely lady and her 4 children had to leave their home as the husband after being in a car accident had mental problems.

While she was out, he had gone through each room in the house and ripped, slashed and damaged every piece of furniture, he also slashed all the childrens and her clothes.

She fled with the children and the clothes they stood up in.

I have had numerous ladies over the years from the refuge and find that helping them gives me great joy and a sense of purpose.

I talked to the lady and showed her

 well tis monday morning, the start of a new week...

today I feel good, yesterday I felt good, great actually, I havent had a sunday like that in ages....as in no tears...no unhappiness....no loneliness...

 maybe this is just an up time, well i tell you what Im makin the most of it !! i like this feeling.....

(actually i think the 99 ice cream with a flake covered in nuts and raspberry sauce I had on sat has done it !!!! - god havent had one in years)  made me feel like a kid again..

 so my advice to you all today is go get a 99 flake ice cream !! love it, eat it and be happy

Today, God came back from his hols for a while!!

Son had his 2nd op today. Everything went well. He recovered from the anaesthetic quickly, and had little pain in comparison to Sunday.

It's now 10.10pm, and he is back home!!!

I would have liked a little warning, but hey-ho I shouldn't moan.  Have rung my boss and said I will go in at lunchtime, as I have a clinic booked in. Sons gf will come round to play nurse!!!

The dilemna is if scumbag wants to see son. I really do not want him in my space. I don't go near where he lives, and I don't want him here. Then again, I don't want son to feel he has
