hi all  thanks first of all for being here and your comments to the things i write i was humbled by some of the things you said in encouragement thankyou  !!

since i last wrote on here like mike 62 said the pendulum went the other way wow its so  like a switch !..fell wretched ...feel great....fell wretched...feel good etc !!!

still im on the up ...bouncing  again i think im getting stronger everytime i bounce back so that must be a good thing lol !!as for working in the family home while shes away im now just treating it like any other job and its only the normal practical hassles that bug me

Thought I'd say ‘hi' & report the fact that I haven't cried today (well....technically, I now mean yesterday because it is past midnight). This is a really big deal for me- It is only the second day since December that I haven't shed a tear. How good is that!?!!! I had such a miserable day yesterday & felt that I was right back in the thick of it again, & then today just turned up trumps! To be fair, I have been distracted beautifully- a really good day out with my son & then a visit to our local with my son, my daughter & her husband where we met up with friends- good company & lots

It's been one hell of a time for me and my family, but I'm still here to tell the tale!

Phew!

The magistrates & court clerk were reasonable and, I believe sympathic.   On the down side -I have been banned for 12 months!  Oh Hell - well we'll deal with that tomorrow!   On the good side -I don't have to pay ugli mistress any compensation (thank the lord!) and I don't have to pay any fines!

So tonight lets celebrate with a few glasses of wine and good company in Chat.  Justice Prevails!

Tomorrow I'm off to buy a
