I really need to vent some steam.

My fiancee is currently divorcing. We have completed his form E weeks ago and whilst waiting for his ex to complete hers she decided to issue financial proceedings. It was her decision to end their marriage. My partner agreed to let her cite his adultery just to speed things up (or so we thought) although he never entered into another relationship until they had seperated. She moved in with her new partner and his kids about a year ago and is not working so gets legal aid, or whatever its called now.

The thing is they don't really have anything to divide. The

So, as for much of the last 10 years I have spent another weekend with the children while she does what she wants elsewhere. I am not unhappy about this at all, although I feel pretty tire, but I find it horrendous that she can now think that she can have the house and the children, push me out and expect me to continue paying for it all.

Fridays are now officially my worst day, so after it's over, the weekend seems ok.

Last Friday got up and started the now usual habit of contacting bank etc that I can't do during the rest of the week.

Because scumbag cancelled the direct debits, I have had to pay this months mortgage over the phone. So, rang up, gave my debit card no-the nice lady told me the bank wouldn't allow the transaction to go ahead, and that I had to phone the bank.

Rang the bank-nice lady there told me there was no problem with my card-mortgage provider hadn't even requested a transaction!!! Whilst on to the bank,
