Yesterday's outcome of the Final Hearing is still sinking in. Some of you  may know my case has taken 2 yrs and 11 months to resolve and a lot of  bitterness along the way, and that I had, had very  poor legal advice from my then acting sols. At my repeat FDR in February I was advised to accept his offer which was written down wrong on paper the offer being £20 p/w for 2 years as a clean break settlement  later offer was £25 p/w for 2 years and £240 pcm for the children until they leave school secured in a consent order due to his large arrears with the CSA.My gut feeling was this is wrong

The b'atch has not bothered replying to the finance proposal, I going to assume she is going to use the credit crunch to devaluve the house and her other assets but not my pension.

Summer holidays are nearly here and filling me with dread, she has already said the only reason she is speaking to my parents is so that they can have the kids while she does extra work, should I be happy for her finally getting off her arse, why the hell should I shes pocketing the money.

Most of the blogs on here are pretty depressing reading.  After all, we only tend to blog when things go wrong, and we need help.  So, in an effort to redress the balance, here's a more upbeat story of things going right.  It can work out.

We're in the middle of sorting out the finances.  It's not going to be easy.  There's simply not enough money to go round.  We're going to have to sell the house, and we have a load of debt.  Money was something we rowed about constantly.  My stbx is trying to sort out benefits, meanwhile I'm paying the running costs on two houses and the mortgage on one,
