Today I opened up my hubbies bank statement by mistake as thought it was mine, having asked him on repeated occasions to get his post re directed.  I discovered that he has taken out rather a large loan and its my address on his bank statement.

I phoned my solicitor and spoke to secretary and have got to give them a copy of it so she can check it out.

I also phoned the bank as I bank with the same as he does.  I have to write a letter explaining that he does not live here and that the house is purely in my name, also give them the name of my solicitor because if he has used this

She has lost her job and is lying around the house doing nothing.  Drinking is a major activity and now smoking in the house (previously this has been an outdoor activity).  The house is only clean because the cleaner comes in for 3 hours a week, she has a pile of washing waiting to be ironed that has grown for a month - she does nothing.

When I ask her what she is planning to do I'm told it is non of my business.  She then asks what I am planning to do so I say I will be working to pay for everything to which her reply is 'Well it's going to cost you even more now'.  She is being quite

So just got off the phone speaking to the x2b explaining that it was slightly unreasonable to expect for me to pay all the court fees and 50% of her costs - especially when it is her that has had the affair.

So I tell her that my Solictor is contacting her's to say that we either agree on 50% costs and each to their own on Solicitors fees or we notify the court that we dispute the costs.

1/2 a day in court and additional fees etc, but I need to get off my knees at some stage. 

So I politely requested she contact her solicitor to instruct her regarding what is the right thing to do.
