My daughter tells me that her fathers new girlfriend was telling her that if I had wanted to stay I would have found a way.  A refuge, benefits, council house etc....  It is not only cruel to say that to my daughter but incredibly rude to me.  When my kids were here, never once did my boyfriend say a word against their father.  Even when they complained about how he doesn't have time for them, my boyfriend tried to advise them and keep them positive.

Hi all, not been on for a while so thought I'd let you all know whats happening and how I'm getting on.

Firstly, what's happening - absolutely nothing. For someone who was so keen to move on and to 'get things sorted' The Goldfish is certainly taking his time! I completed my form E, got all the supporting documentation, and had it back to the solicitor a couple of weeks ago. My solicitor and I have heard nothing from him, or any legal representation he may have hired. So I'm facing a Christmas in limbo, I don't want to be here, I want to move out, I want to get on with my life and I can't do

Well, no reply's to any e mails I have sent to my wife. I will keep on giving her that title until we are separated, daft though it is. I have not asked her any questions,apart from "can you put my 2 suits in the dry cleaners please" and "if you do not want any communiation from me  please say so and I will do as you request". Or  any demands or anything really at all apart from copying her in on the e mails and jokes I send to my kids. I gave her a website to look at regarding our relationship/personal problems and so
