Just wanted to tell you my story - never done this before. Not even just for me so here goes. We got married in the September that year. I won't go on and on about how amazing it was - because that will just bore you, and upset me! But it was pretty cool.  Had a weird funny nagging in the dark depths of my tummy but I ignored that. Since I left MH , I have been having an emotional affair on the Internet, started as someone to talk too, not on a dating site, wasn't looking for romance, but found someone that could listen to me.

Husband knows about this, and I also told the joint counselor, made a commitment after our last session to break all contact with the other person.

I knew this would be difficult  but to have any chance of mending my marriage this was the only way to go.

Bank statement came into day and (joint account) bank giro credit 45k and our mortgage just trebled so i guess he has somehow got the money out of the mortgage provider.

What annoys me is this xferr happend 8 days before i got his lawyers letter asking for my permission.

What im not sure on is if someone made overpayment into joint mortgage - are they allowed to just take the money back out months later - with out joint signature.

I am so annoyed.
