The problem I find in life is that people are, generally speaking, judgemental - without actually knowing the full facts.

Take what happened in my life back in 1999 as an example - I left our marital home and soon moved in with another.

Now, all family members were disgusted, and from an outsiders point of view I think I would have been too - however what those judgemental people didn't realise is that, for as long as I can remember, I had been living with an arguementative, agressive, confrontational, cold calculating spendthrift. Well, its Xmas eve and I am feeling much better than I did on Monday night !!

A brief synopsis of the weekend first... Saturday, put xmas tree up with daughter. Seemed a bind at times, but my mood tends to change literally by the second, up and down !! saturday night got a few text's from G/F about me mand dau going to her family church service on the Sunday morning. All seeemed fine...for now !! Got up Sunday and was supposed to hear from G/F ahead of going to her church family service., but nothing by the time we needed to leave, so decided to leave and hope text recieved while I drove.

seems im coming here alot again these days.

i thought i was getting on and over it all but im not.....

i cant be bothered anymore....cant be bothered with anything....dont want to see anyone, do anything, apart from drink and smoke and be at home...i know tho that this isnt the answer...drinking never helps....i did that tuesday night got completely trashed and cried all night......

ive tried so hard this last week as i could feel these feelings coming - but all i seem to do is cry all the time...
