Hi can anyone help?  My partner got divorced and had a consent order in place in 2002.  he is now looking to vary the child maintenance (there is no spousal maintenance) and we have been told two opposite things - 1 is we can go to the csa to vary child maintenance and 2 we have to go to court as the order was in place before april 2003.  The advice we have had is from two family law companies and no-one seems to be able to agree.  Does anyone out there know .....

My 14 year old son told me that he wants to come and live with me.  His mother has custody of my son and im only allowed  visitation every other weekend (her say so ) not by the courts !!!! my son has started to run away from home and has turned up on my door step very distressed and stating he is un happy i have no contact with my ex wife so im unable to inform her that he is here with me.  I need some advice as to what i can do and if my son is able to live with me
