My husband has not responded to the D9H form. I have since found out he has changed his address so has not received the D8 forms, what can I do?

Here is my reason for divorce on the ground for unreasonable behaviour: (Mar 2008 – Jul 2010) An unhappy marriage because petitioner lived in Bangladesh and respondent lived in the UK. I am sitting here mulling things over deciding what to do next. The last few days have been extremely hard for me, emotions are all over the place at the minute but I now have a decision to make. I have an appointment on wednesday afternoon to see a solicitor with a view to starting divorce proceedings. I don't know whether to go ahead with it or not. Part of me just wants to be rid of him but the other part of me thinks that if I divorce him that leaves the way clear for him to make plans with OW although she is married also.
