So unbelievably it's nearly over. My OH went to court a couple of weeks ago and decided to self rep at this stage as the costs are getting ridiculous. As his ex had completed her form e two days before the court hearing we didn't think we needed the solicitor as there wasn't alot to say. We got advice and my OH went alone. His ex had called a few times in the days leading up to court, although they don't normally talk I think she realised we had information on her and would be using it if she lied on her form e.

to cut a long story short she agreed to our offer of settlement anyway.

We lived together 3 years, bought a nice house and got married. We didnt have children as i couldn't stay pregnant for long, always miscarried around 8 weeks! Hubby had 4 kids from 1st marriage and we all got on pretty well, they stayed with us some weekends & on holidays, they lived away so contact wasnt constant.

I thought we happy together on the whole, despite his problems with alcohol & pill addiction (codeine dependency).

Seems the only way to get a divorce (which we both want...) will be for me to petition for unreasonable behaviour. 

I'm luck enough to now be on good terms with my x2b;  last thing I want to do is upset her and us spend all our money on lawyers.  How "naff" can my examples of her unreasonable behaviour be? Does anyone have any
