Tuesday this week my ex went a bit mad and decided to lock me out for no reason well police called and I was told i could not get in and she insited that I should be arrested if I try so took police advice and left for the night they told me come back when she goes out and do the same toher lock her out, sounds silly but its the law so instead went to solicitors office first thing emergency application for non molestation order cost a fortune granted within 5 hours served on her. I can come and go as i please she cant lock me out again and if she does I can have her arrested bliss you would

well it is almost time to ring the solicitor about the decri absolute.Decri nisi has gone through, and now we are waiting for him to sign the statement for the court with regards to the arrangements.He is hanging this out, I think hanging onto his last little piece of power over me.Doesn't realise how much it is screwing me up having to wait to move out our cosy little house and on with a new life.I am ready to begin anew in a different place, he doesn't realise or care my feelings he has his little flat with his 'woman' and I can wait.

Thanks Mike for your supportif words.I will always be the father regardlessthat I will.On Thursday first meeting with solicitor.I got myself a bit worked up with a rash on my face. The meeting was strange .I was asked questions about things that I would not have dreamed that they would ask.Brought back alot of emotion.I did not sign anything although I took my pen.It seems that part of the paperwork was incorrect as a legal document. Apparently I am to try to work out now a deal with my wife on what would be acceptable for us both.I can't see this working ,but I'll give it a try when the time
