 Well, what has been happening since my last blog....

I've had a couple more rejections from some lovely internet dating... either they still hund up on their exes... or they're not ready to 'date' someone with children. Hey my children don't need a new dad, they hace one. Besidies I wouldn't introduce anyone to my children until a seriouys realtionship was established!

The main new.... I had another court day... yikes... self repping. Was there all day. However most of thsi was due to waiting around. I have to say though, as I wasn't the one who was taking myself to court, stbx

Help!  Can anyone give me any up to date info on what this consists of.  I am applicant in the divorce  and am frustrated that it is taking so long due to the non compliance of 'ex'.

Well i went to the court this morning to talk about putting in for deemed service and the clerk said "hang on a minute, i'll just check we haven't had a response".

 no thought I, you hadn't had one yesterday when I rang to check.  "Yes" said she, "we've had the response" to the first petition (the one under 2 years separation).

Well I nearly fell out of the chair - I was shaking so badly.  Where has it been for the past 2 months?  The post from there should take 2 weeks max.
