No time to be on here at all really.  Grabbing time when possible but many people to ring tonight after the first Cafcass meeting today.

Meeting not so bad, stbx got very excitable, emotional and specific in her comments about me.   I could see the cafcass officer looking quite surprised at times and despite him trying to tell her what was required etc I am not sure she took it in.

The Judge said that he was unsure as to why I had applied to extend the Non-Mol Undertakings. He said my statement seemed to refer to Contact and Finances as opposed to issues relating to Non-Molestation.

He couldn't see that my ex uses these opportunities, as well as times when he needs no contact with me, to intimidate me. He couldn't see that texts sent for no reason with no content pertaining to the children where intimidating me.
