Hi All,
I am a L.I.P. and would like some advice. I had a solicitor for 2+ years but can no longer afford it. I need to take in s0me forms on my first date in court. These are Forms H or H1. I'm not sure which of these is applicable in my circumstances. I have disinstructed my solicitor and paid him in full using a credit card-£7,000. I do not qualify for legal aid,income of £18,500 and get tax credits and child benefit for one child. On form H1 there is a column for "prescribed rates for publicly funded services" and another for "Indemnity rate" and "private c;ient costs" in publicly funded
