I am in court tomorrow with regards the application to extend the Non-Molestation Undertakings. This will be the second Directions Hearing. I was told by the judge at the last hearing to strongly think about dropping the application as I was facing a Costs Order if I lost and the judge felt this was a strong possibility.

After having a long think I wrote to the court asking to withdraw my application but stating this was purely financial and that I stood by my allegations of abuse. In fact since the last hearing I have recieved intimidating mail to my home address as well as agressive text and

i am so exhausted with all this divorce stuff..i started my divorce in jan of this year and it is no where near over..he agreed sent papers back, then nothing, wait and wait, served an amended petition, which cost me more money, nothing, wait some more, now soliticor wants to involve baliffs to serve papers and im confused as to whether this will delay things further or speed them up, so much advice given by those meaning well but couldnt possibly understand what i am going through..was hoping someone on here could help please???? just want it all to be

So unbelievably it's nearly over. My OH went to court a couple of weeks ago and decided to self rep at this stage as the costs are getting ridiculous. As his ex had completed her form e two days before the court hearing we didn't think we needed the solicitor as there wasn't alot to say. We got advice and my OH went alone.
