I thought I would sit outside in the garden today and use the ibk then maybe get some fresh air I never get time to go out. I am SO fed up of sitting in doors at my desktop I am busy it seems, going nowhere.

 I am new to this.

My partner and I have been together now for 2 1/2 years and we are both still married. I have a seperation document set up and will start the divorce at the end of October.

Yesterday's outcome of the Final Hearing is still sinking in. Some of you  may know my case has taken 2 yrs and 11 months to resolve and a lot of  bitterness along the way, and that I had, had very  poor legal advice from my then acting sols. At my repeat FDR in February I was advised to accept his offer which was written down wrong on paper the offer being £20 p/w for 2 years as a clean break settlement  later offer was £25 p/w for 2 years and £240 pcm for the children until they leave school secured in a consent order due to his large arrears with the CSA.My gut feeling was this is wrong
