Just had a call from DHL to say they are emailing proof of signature over now - so it looks like i could be down at the Courts on Friday putting in for deemed service as hopefully the three bits of evidence I now will be enough.

if that fails i really don't think there is anything else that can be done to serve papers on him - given his being deliberately "off grid" - so maybe an affidavit to dispense with service might need to be
