I wish to put out a warning to all of you contemplating, or in the throes of a divorce.This is just my personal opinion and I know there will be opposing views and many questions. But this is mine ....for what it's worth.

Hard as it is, and I accept that no two cases are of parity, you must do all that you possibly can to protect yourself. I mean by this that you must remove all emotional content from your view of the case and only work with the absolute facts. This is all that matters with the framework of the law.

Well, I have still been smarting from scumbags comments that in his opinion I had to question why I had spent so much time visiting my son whilst in hospital.

 Anyway, I spoke to my elder son last night, who told me in his opinion, his dad was talking out of his ar*e. He said, speaking as younger sons brother, and as a male, he said he felt that younger son would have wanted me there, to support him and ask questions. He said if he was in hospital, he would want me to do exactly the same for him, and he is 23!!! My daughter thinks scumbag was jealous.
