care and respect !!!!!!..........where do i start as you may or not know my ex is buying me out of the family home

now i've gone against solicitors advice friends advice and family advice regarding the settlement just to keep things as friendly as poss for my daughter!

and tonite i spent nearly 50 mins on phone to ex wondering why my money isnt in my account im not a money grabber but i feel i've given her a gift with only half of the equity of the house nothing else ....no pensions /policys etc for the sake of my daughter!

but what do i get in return ?? nothing but grief to be honest

I have just received my solicitor's bill and I have been ignoring the amounting money I owe them and it is more than I thought.  I have had steam coming out of my ears.  Had my ex not been such an intransigent and stubborn(words fail me at this point) person, my bill and his, would be much lower.  After almost spontaneously combusting with rage and a good cry I thought so what?  What price freedom?

 This bill is what is has cost me to be free of this man and it is money well spent.  I have, in effect,  bought my freedom.  I must admit I felt like I had some sort of emotional flu, I felt so

Email from solicitor today was not what i wanted to hear.  Cafcass report doesn't help my case, although I haven't seen it yet, and solicitor doesn't seem very encouraging.

Cafcass officer doesn't seem to have taken on board anything from the 2 meetings.  Now I have to hope that I/we can get some of it out in court.

Life at home is becoming pretty grim, living with an alcoholic depressive who won't accept any responsibilty for her future or the childrens.  Now she is spending money in a completely irresponsible fashion I assume either on credit cards or further debt.
