Today was D day the decision day court needs to know for tomorrow if we have come to an agreement.Sol phoned me and i recieved the offer in writing also which reads .The H offered £340pcm without the CSA for 2 yrs and £240pcm for the children until they leave school.It is suggested that the W cease her application with the CSA and this offer be secured in a court order.I asked for an extra £70 per month he rejected this and said i'll see her in court.Bearing in mind he has arrears and i have an appeal aginst him with the CSA as he knows they will reassess him on what he is really earning.

Well knock me side ways , i phoned my good old buddies from the CSA this morning , he has only gone and sent in a payment by cheque after 18 months.Not for a huge amount but a little something, CSA say i'm allowed to have some of it on friday i have to wait for the rest as the cheque has only part cleared .Hmmmm very strange i think , but they blame the pc stystem.It's 7 days and counting til the FDR hearing so i know this is for show to make himself look good , had the same last year when it was court regarding contact with the children as soon as it's over he goes back to his usual self, i

what a joke my ex husband is , not 1p through CSA for 18 months and this week , was his final week to comply, i have just spoken to the CSA and he has sent in his wage slips well actually i don't think there his wage slips i think they belong to Mickey Mouse.He has insulted my children for the final time i told the CSA to tell him to poke it, good luck to him and his life with cheap stuff not that his going to have a life with a physco like her,I have survived without anything from him so far and will continue to do so now, but lets see what happens next month , so bring it on at the FDR ,
