After being rejected my wife has gotten really aggressive. She is against a 50/50 split of the kids as she feels that their moving between houses during the school week is not workable. I checked with my lawyer and it seems since she has been the at home parent that is the status quo and the courts love status quo. I can feel the kids slipping from me. I am really having trouble this week. People told me I should be ready for the time when she wants to try to reconcile but I really was not. I felt like I had totally moved on and was getting ready for divorce and then she hits me with this. Deep in my gut I feel like the smartest thing to do is move on and proceed with divorce.
