Feeling a lot better after a weekend free of STBX and his behaviour - mostly because I have not had to lay eyes on him and that I have not had to converse.

Had a good weekend with the girls with not one communication for TWO WHOLE DAYS while I had them. He picked them up yesterday morning, they jumped in his car and went off. We don't really converse at the moment as he makes it another opportunity to be spiteful or sarcastic and the girls don't like it.

So he just sent messages like 'You are a nice person' 'So far up your own a**e' and then some contrived long message that I think was about me

Only a short blog entry to say I have just had probable the best fours day in longer than I can remenber.

Friday had a dad's / son day as my daughter was at school and the next three have been great, shopping, hair cuts, swimming, meals out, kids party, visiting parents, going to a farm, seeing my sister and her family, take away, playing in the garden, McD's. I know not all exciting but it was just great not to have the pain in the neck thats call (wife / mom) always on at all of us.

A whole 4 days with no shouting, arguments, crying

Blimey another blog!!! I was dreading today but it's done! Took my Son back to Uni, 2 hour drive, settled him in and drove to the nearest services and just sat in the car thinking...how did I do that? He has gone back without witnessing angry arguments although the atmosphere has beem slighty tense, he just thinks Dad is stressy ( busy Job) Got in and stbx said I didnt reliese he was going back today??? Sure he didn't he has hardly spoke for a week , why would he he's got his new family to think about now? Anyway back to the services....sat there having not felt like eating( have gone down 2
