I know some may think that all my blog contains is random ramblings, but I have read/seen/heard/been involved with a few things over the last few days that have lead to my blogging brain going onto overdrive.

 The first is children.

Despite my efforts since mid-April to get the x2b to sign divorce paperwork, I had all but given up on her being civil and agreeing to the divorce terms I had laid out.

I actually scheduled a meeting for this Saturday to complete a petition for divorce with the court, regardless of the x2b's views on it.  That would have resulted in her being ordered to court, and going through mediation, etc.

When I arrived home last night, there was an envelope in the mail.  She actually signed the documents and had them legally notarized.  I was almost shocked.

Well for those that dont know my situation!..i,ll explain a bit of it..

I,ve been fighting custody and visitation court battles for 3 years..the first year my x and the last 2 years my in laws..The judge said if there was no contact with his side of the family...he was scared for my safety..i said i was not willing to sacrafise my children for it....

So we went thro court battles and the judge keept ordering me to take the kids to see them..but the kids have always said they did,nt want to go...so i did,nt take them and i ended up on a 3 month suspended sentance..whitch we took to the court of
