Had a fantastic weekend including first wiki event. Thanks everyone for making me feel so welcome, and apologies for any drunken conversations.

Originally I was going to collect daughter from stbx as soon as i got back home. he decided he wanted to take her to local bonfire and firework display and drop her off here when it finished. On getting home this afternoon it was chucking it down, so i rang his mobile to see if fireworks still going ahead and if they were still going. Left voicemail message asking him to let me know their plans, Heard nothing so assumed no change to plans.At five

where am i now - well no further forward in this mess.

Although i have been to see a lawyer - but advised to do nothing for the time being.  House situation at the moment is work getting done to complete building warrant problems - and its a lot of work - basicly the finished extension floor has to be dug up.   What a mess - but whole situation is a mess - none of it my doing but seems i have no choice but to live with it as best i can.

Need husband to put his cards on the table - as to how things financialy are going to be sorted then ive to take this back to the lawyer to see whats what.
