hi  all, hope everyones recoveredfrom the weekend .?......lol

another step today ,quite  a major one actually ive  effectively signed the family home away to the ex !!!!!!!!..........the paperwork is the hands of my sol so thats it no more house for me !!

i felt quite sad while sitting in the sols office reading the documents all in black and white in front of me ......this is final this is  final i kept saying to myself !the truth being i think im only gutted for the amount of work ive put in over the years

at least i know my daughter has some where warm and comfortable to carry on growing up

Am feeling out manouevered and out gunned,

stbx is avoiding discussing finances and access and has applied already for a court date following the Nisi.

Am very unsure where this leaves me....

Is it a case of tough luck and the date will arrive and I need to just get on with it or do I have

Pointless mixing the issues.  Am like many of us going through a bitter divorce and stbx seems to be getting it all her own way.

I live in Holland mid week and only get to see the kids at weekends.  Now stbx wants me to stop coming home until the divorce is final.  So Christmas I need of stay away, my parents live 5 hours away and it is really not suitable.

As a man it seems hat I have little or no rights - at least it feels like it.

Can she stop me coming home at weekends.  At the moment I live on the top floor and do not interact a great deal with her.
