It is my youngest daughter's 2nd birthday today, she was 10 months old when he left the FMH.

I broke down in tears last night; angry and upset for my daughter. The children had a 2 hour contact session with their father last night, as stated in the Defined Contact Order (they get an average of 12 hours a month - his choice).

They had their usual meal of MacDonalds and he gave her the birthday presents he had bought for her. They were from Tesco, obviously picked up whilst doing his routine shop for food.

He spent little money, which in itself may not be an issue but the 2 presents he bought

30th birthday went without a hitch.  Got asked out by someone at work and had a brilliant drunken night out with my girlies and had a wee drunken snog with someone very nice.  Ex brought the kids back early on Sunday morning and we had a little party in the house it was great.

Roll on Monday..................ex starts texting me telling me that he is very sad our marriage is over and he likes to remember the happy times we had together then he drops in the bombshell that if I hadn't asked him to leave the house nothing would have happened with the woman he is with now and they would be having

Hi Wikipeeps.

Well, its official, me and him are trying to work things out.  Since our wedding anniversary (25 August) we have been talking.... and talking .... and talking! In fact we have probably spoken more in the last two weeks than we have in 2 years.

I can't pretend its easy .... its dammed difficult to hear some of the home truths, and I know he feels the same but he has taken things on the chin, so Ive had to do the same. 

We are taking it slowly and thats good, if not a little frustrating!!  Its weird though to sit in a room with the man Ive been with for 22 years, and be so 'remote'
