Today started with the dreaded bus ride first part to Mapusa city ½ hour 8p next part to Karawada 10mins 3p bit of a bargain I think.  Ok I didn't get a seat but at least I was inside!

After some play time and reading I had a small group to bake a banana cake. One of the volunteers brought in the stuff. They had to peel a banana then chop it up. One of my group peeled it and put it straight in his mouth, oops. Well we made it and they washed their hands first, but they've got no towels so wipe their hands in their dirty clothes and dropped bits on the floor and tried to put it back in the

10 days on from probably the lowest i have ever felt, i didnt think i could ever get that low,and i hope i never feel that low again,but thanks to certain new friends ,mainly megan, and harrietbaby , and a guy called mike, who is a healthcare assistant on the cardiac care unit who i met while having my 2nd stint in hospital with heart probs,life is not so black anymore,also have to say hi and thanks for all the great support ive had from the peeps at wiki,you are all stars in my book, and me and my kids want to say a big thanks xxx
