Judge again expressed the view that he does not beleive that the case is going anywhere unless she can clearly establish that at the time of her reaching the agreement with you that she did not have the mental capacity to do so.

Yesterday was the childrens interview by Cafcass to help the cafcass officer reach a conclusion re his recommendations to court.  I arrived 5 mins early to find they had already started which I was disappointed about.  I wanted the children to see I was there in support.  This also forms the childrens statement to court, so quite important.

Not sure it made much difference to what the children said however.  Feedback from cafcass officer sounded helpful to me - they want to spend equal time with both of us, which is what I am asking for.  All I can hope now is that stbx will see sense (big ask

Well, I have started divorce proceedings. I had hoped to avoid this for so long but really it was always inevitable. I don't feel too bad now as I am well into recovery but it is still very sad:(

I haven't told her yet as I want to wait until I lodge the papers at the court. But it should be pretty simple as we have already agreed all the financial arrangements. Neverthless, I am expecting a pretty bad month as she can be unpredictable and is (and always has been) a truly expert liar.
