Do you not think there should be some kind of a collaborative way for domestic incidents to be resolved? Rather than the heavy handed 'lets arrest them both'..kind of attitude.

I am in court tomorrow with regards the application to extend the Non-Molestation Undertakings. This will be the second Directions Hearing. I was told by the judge at the last hearing to strongly think about dropping the application as I was facing a Costs Order if I lost and the judge felt this was a strong possibility.
