Came home to a letter from my sol (kerching!!! another £19.50). He was responding to my email.

 Said court would notify him if scumbag is disputing paying costs. He would then attend court.

He says court will start at 50:50 for division of assets and any variation would have to have good argument.

He doesn't believe scumbag being out of work will have any bearing-especially as he is unemployed due to his own behaviour.

The fact that he is cohabiting with a woman who is employed will be taken into account.

What a day, I arrived in court like a tree trying to keep its leaves still in the middle of a storm, there wasn't a cat in hells chance of doing it my stomach was in my throat and my hands trembled every time I lay them on something.

Arriving early I walked about outside calming myself down which I succeeded to do to a certain amount, I felt comfortable enough to take a seat under a tree and sat watching the goings on around me. People sat in various places some eating their lunch other like me just whiling the time away waiting for there time in court also.

Well thought it was time to blog again and confront my fears. My FDR  is fast approaching (14th July) and after a very long winded and bitter divorce  I am now feeling apprehensive and scared in general. My Sol also informed me the other day that she had another FDR hearing on the same day.
