Just read your most recent blog and to be honest the situation you are in sounds very similar to mine - yet the roles are reversed.

I found about my wife's affair and was devastated, I expected to end up at the "hating you" stage and never got there. I chose to make life easy for the children and not petition.

Am still debating if I am right or wrong with this, my heart says wrong but I have 2 children to think about.

yep I remember, xtb aka cheating wife tries to say that after her 18mth affair (which I found out about) that I have been unreasonable...

So I decide not to petition.... and based on the fact that this would cause a whole load of heartache.

So I decide not to tell Gracie and Joseph... based on the fact that it may impact her relationship with them...

And.

she still believes that after the affair, and fabricating a story that I should....

1. Pay all the court costs

2. Pay 50% of her solicitors fees....
