Have been contemplating the whole revenge issue...  I know I know unwise.

I responded to a blog a while ago and adopted some great high ground and stated something along the lines of I will be successful, happy and show her she was wrong. 

 It felt good when I wrote this, it gave me confidence in my then time of darkness.  I thought that things could not get any lower so I could only move upwards and morally I believe that this is the right way forward....

But.... always a but.

Tell me, does there come a time when you can wake up and stop thinking that all this is a horrible dream, and that you can just roll over and hold the one you are still in love with?

Do you actually get to accept it all and it wash over you?

 Anyway, the relationship with the x has now broken down to extremely low levels to the extent that she is prepared to argue openly infront of the Children.  Difficult as I only get to see them at weekends and it looks like that she is comfortable in making sure they can associate Dad with upset.

30th birthday went without a hitch.  Got asked out by someone at work and had a brilliant drunken night out with my girlies and had a wee drunken snog with someone very nice.  Ex brought the kids back early on Sunday morning and we had a little party in the house it was great.
