today has been ok.....this am early was tough....got to work clare my friend asked how i was....eerrrrmmm dreading today - (she knows everything even about wiki and you lot....   ;-)   )

I have been dreading this day. I asked him to move out 2 months ago, after I discovered he is continuing with his affair. Did nos speak to him since, except for a few e-mails and texts.

Contacted him last week we need to discuss some issues before the school starts and before he goes on hols with his new partner.

Feeling stressed but not that bad. I know I have to stay calm and in control.

 He is coming in the evening and I have my 2nd session with my hypnotherapist before that. So I hope it will help me not to feel so stressed. I guess the reason I feel stressed is that I am worried the

not laughing tho why ? think im losing the plot you  all have so many more important issues !! i feel like a bit of a fraud wiv my probs but thats what blogging is about i guess ???

why am i here again is it because im fed up with listening to sad songs from westlife ???mmmmm yes sick of sad full stop want to be happy ???

when does this all get better ?? been 6 months now should be out the other side by now, once my mind is set im focused ! hey this is just not fair why is everything so complex??

 am getting angry about the whole thing now just want it over !!
